Is the séance real?
This is not a “real” séance – however many people believe that what transpires during the séance can only be accomplished by actually being in contact with ghosts and spirits from the beyond. This is not the case...usually.
Is the séance scary?
If you have a nervous disposition, afraid of the supernatural or the dark, please think twice before attending. However, if you enjoy haunted houses, creepy ghost stories or bizarre magic, then this is the perfect event for you.
Are group packages available?

Is there a minimum age requirement?
Whispers Séance suggests a minimum age of 18 years old.
Do I have to participate in the séance or can I just watch?
This is an intimate séance experience. VIP seating is limited to twelve guests that are seated directly around the séance table and will all participate at some level. General Admission seating may or may not be asked to participate.
I understand there is a waiver. Do I need to sign it?
Yes. Everyone attending the séance MUST sign the waiver. When dealing with ghosts, spirits, and the supernatural, there are many potential disturbances that can occur. We can in no way take responsibility for ANY unforeseen occurrences, consequences or aftermath, which is why the waiver MUST be signed.
What happens if I arrive to the séance late?
Late arrivals will NOT be seated once the séance has started. There are also no ticket refunds or exchanges for late arrivals.
How can I be notified about future séances?

What is your ticket refund policy?
Attendees can receive ticket refunds up to 7 days before the event start date.
We have a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY if it is less that 7 days before the event start date. If it is less that 7 days before the event start date, tickets are non-refundable and no credits will be issued.
Are food or drinks allowed?
No food or drinks are ever allowed in the séance room.
Can I photograph or record the séance?
No recording devices of any type are allowed to be used during the séance. This includes cell phones. ALL CELL PHONES MUST BE TURNED OFF BEFORE ENTERING. Following the séance there will be an opportunity to take photos.
Is the séance wheelchair accessible?
Some locations are wheelchair accessible and others are not. Please contact us PRIOR to purchasing a ticket to confirm accessibility, and if so, seating arrangements can be made.
Is this good for special occasions? (birthdays, anniversaries)
If you're idea of celebrating a special occasion is communicating with the dead and you're not afraid of creepy things happening in the dark - then yes, you've found the perfect place.
Can séances be performed off-site? (corporate and private)
